Ibby & Adil were fantastic from the moment they arrived to the time they left. They took the time to understand what had happened, and explained everything they were doing along the way. I’m glad that we found this company to do the trace and access for us. They are very patient to find the leak even it’s hard to find. They also try to minimise the damage of our home so we don’t have too much to fix afterwards. They provided the report on the next day. Super efficient and great value!

My Combi Boiler had been running for two days none stop , engineers came out and did an inspection and said sorry you have a hot water leak call a water leak detection company...I googled and came across Pro Leak Detection the Guys came out Immediately they where punctual , reliable , honest , neat and tidy. They got to work and traced two hot water leaks and did the necessary repairs the same day . They kept us informed every step of the way , and made sure that they minimised damage to floor tiles and wall tiles as much as they could , therefore by Tracing the exact areas of the water leak. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommend them as they also have the state of the art equipment .

We had a hidden leak, which was very difficult to find. The engineers managed to eventually locate it in the laundy. They've clearly explained what they were doing and kept the damage to minimum with only one tile removed.
Both were very approachable, polite and professional.

I am loosing pressure from my boiler, do I have a leak somewhere?
If your boiler is losing pressure, you could possibly have a leak on pipes supplying the boiler. At first instance, it’s advised to get in contact with a Gas Safe engineer to eliminate the boiler. If it’s concluded after the Gas Safe engineer visit that the boiler is fine & suspect a leak on the system, then please get in touch to book a leak detection appointment.
